Life Story
I was born and raised in the DFW area and came to know Jesus as my Lord and Savior at a very young age. Growing up in a home marked by divorce, my family tree looked more like a family grove. The Lord used the pain and confusion of this to draw me into dependence on Him and has brought much redemption into my family.
I went to college at Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy) where I graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which I now mainly use to know how to change my car’s oil. But truly, my time in college was pivotal in my walk with the Lord and my pursuit of vocational ministry. After college, He led me to work for a church for two years while attending seminary, and during this time I met my beautiful bride. Now, my wife and I serve and equip the church at TVC. Thank you, Lord!
Hope for The Village Church
I hope that God will receive every ounce of glory for the kingdom work being done through this local body of believers. I hope that The Village reaches people who are outside the body of Christ with the gospel. Finally, I hope that The Village would care for those who are hurting, provide for those in need, and equip the saints toward the end goal of seeing as many come to know the Lord as possible.
