Our Internship Program gives leaders the opportunity to actively explore and receive training in vocational ministry. Our hope is to prepare and send out emerging leaders to be messengers of reconciliation in a variety of contexts. Interns work 25 hours a week for 10 months, receiving practical ministry experience and in-depth theological training throughout their service to prepare and equip them for ministry. Starting this year, our intern class will be smaller than in years past, and the program will include a greater emphasis on vocational equipping and spiritual formation.
Through our relationship with Southern Seminary and Dallas Theological Seminary, interns can receive seminary course credit by participating in the seminary track of our nine-month Training Program.
