Role

The Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the mission of the Care Department: To provide a Christ-centered refuge of transformation, hope, and support. The Care Coordinator is responsible for department logistics and project management of Congregational Care, Disability Care, and premarital ministry. 

Responsibilities

  • Process, match, and track premarital mentoring applications. 
  • Build an infrastructure for Congregational Care. Monitor and manage Care cases and collaborate with staff through our communication tools.
  • Create, monitor, and manage Disability Ministry, including intake forms and event coordination.
  • Recruit and manage volunteer base to assist in the vision of Congregational Care and Disability Care.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Agree with The Village Church’s Expectations of Membership, Statement of Faith, and commit to exhibit a lifestyle that is consistent with the same
  • Excellent administrative and logistical skills
  • Excellent time management skills, detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Agility, as this position supports two new ministries
