We mobilize the people and resources of TVC to engage our local community by equipping them to share their faith, exposing them to needs in the area through service opportunities, and connecting them to strategic partnerships who are working to advance the gospel in our area.

How to get involved with Local Missions

Volunteer your Time

We desire to generously resource millions of people across the globe as we share the gifts that God has entrusted to us. You can join in this vision locally by donating your time and skills to organizations through TVC, or in our community. Commitment length will vary depending on the event.

Go into your neighborhoods

We send disciples into their homes, into neighborhoods, into our city, and into the nation. How we do this through Local Missions is by creating spaces and training to equip others to go out and share the love of Christ with others.

Featured Opportunity – Month of Prayer

One of the most loving things you can do for your neighbor is pray over them. This October, we’re setting aside dedicated time to prayer walk our neighborhoods and ask God to bring repentance, renewal, radical devotion, and revival. To support you during this month, we've provided a Digital Guide to walk through a time of prayer each week.

Another way you can get involved in our Month of Prayer is through 24/7 prayer! The 24/7 prayer movement within The Village Church is where our members repent of sins, seek renewal in their faith, pray for revival, and devote themselves radically to God. We will ask the Lord to transform us into a people who passionately intercede for our families, city, nation, and world. There are one-hour prayer spots available for intercession and we would love to fill every hour with someone praying. You can sign up for a one hour timeslot here and we have a Prayer Hour Card to assist you during this time.
