Is there a waiting list once registration is closed?
No. Unfortunately, we have to cap registration to stay within capacity for our breakout sessions.
Where should I stay?
We recommend hotels in Grapevine, Texas, near the DFW airport. Links to several options can be found above.
What topics will be discussed?
We will discuss membership, spiritual formation, training and theology, as well as many other ministries in breakout sessions. See the schedule above for more details.

If you’re interested in attending a lunch session, make sure to sign up when you register. If you do not choose one of these sessions, you will be on your own for lunch.
