Sending Program

Equipped to go

God calls all of us to have a role in and be a part of global missions. We are participants in the bigger story, in God’s plan to bring redemption to all peoples. But where can you start? How can you join in?

Through Sending at The Village, we plant churches and reach the unreached with the gospel of Jesus Christ, and we want to send you or help you send others. If you are interested in becoming a missionary or church planter, our Sending Program can equip you for this work.

Missionaries and Church Planters

The Sending Program is a four-stage process for both individuals pursuing the missionary and church planter track. It includes:

Missionaries generally commit to one year in the Sending Program, while church planters commit to at least two years. The training process includes a self-directed plan toward personal development, as well as training together as cohorts.

For church planters, the program is developmental in nature and will prepare men in both the theological “whys” and practical “how-tos” of church leadership before launching them into pastoral ministry and church planting.

You have a role in global missions and you are called to be a part of it. How will you join in God’s story?

Discover your role in reaching the unreached in Go 101 or on a Go Trip.

Support church planters and missionaries financially or join in God’s work among the nations through Go Trips.

Go through the Sending Program and be sent as a missionary or church planter.
